Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to recruitment and career services provided by Onyx Property Recruitment and to the use of this website.
Recruitment Fees
Permanent recruitment is charged at a flat fee of $5,000 + GST per placement. The fee is invoiced on the candidate's commencement date and is payable within the agreed payment terms.
Three Month Replacement Guarantee
Permanent placements are covered by a complimentary three month replacement guarantee, provided all invoices are paid in accordance with the agreed terms and the role remains substantially unchanged.
Career Services
Resume writing, professional headshots and interview preparation are prepaid services. Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Candidate Information
Candidates warrant that information provided is accurate and complete. Details are shared with prospective employers only with the candidate's consent.
